If you thrive at the intersection of technology, governance, and ethics, this is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping AI and data governance frameworks that balance innovation with responsibility.

Core skills we’re looking for to succeed in the role:

  • Experience in data governance, AI governance and governance frameworks.

  • A strategic thinker who can translate governance principles into actionable policies.
  • Passion for AI’s potential—paired with a commitment to ensuring it’s used responsibly and safely.

If you're ready to shape the future of AI and data governance, ensuring technology is used as a force for good, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience & knowledge

  • Experience in conducting enterprise-wide maturity assessments.
  • Experience of developing data and/or AI governance roadmaps, with an evidenced background of effective adoption into business processes.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of data governance, including Data Classification, Data Security, Retention, Access Control, and monitoring.
  • Experience of taking complex information and translating into easily digestible information for less technical colleagues.
  • Experience of supporting cultural change in the way AI is used and governed in businesses.
  • Some understanding of Data Quality and Metadata Management capabilities would be advantageous.

If you're passionate about AI and how it can be used ethically within an organisation, this would be a great challenge for you.
